How to Join Tumbling & Trampoline Class at Kehler's
1) Parent must be here to sign your T&T Permission Form at the first class.
(This is not that form). Their signature must be witnessed by our manager.
2) Attendance Form: Once we have a current T&T Permission Form on file (renewed each September), only the Attendance Form must be filled out each week. Both required 1st week.
3) Payment Options: Cash or Check Only A) Open Enrollment: Pay each week as you go, at the beginning of your class. $12 to "Kehler's Gymnastics Centers Inc." Open Enrollment spots may not be reserved. Class may be closed if full. B) 10 Consecutive Week Session: Pay today for 10 classes and save. $100/ ten weeks (save $20). Your place is reserved for 10 weeks whether you show up or not! No make ups, credits, or refunds except as listed on the back of T&T Permission Form.
4) This is an open registration class, not an open workout. No one on any event unless a KGC instructor is present on that event and has given permission to that specific student to participate. Tumbling skills on floor, tumble tramp, and trampoline (Possibly mini or pit) will be included. Under no circumstances will cheer stunts or multi person balance skills be permitted by our insurer. Failure to obey rules may result in immediate dismissal with no refund.
5) Spectators: Any minors present in the building and not participating in class, must be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult of at least 18 years.
Both Attendance & Permission Forms must be signed by student and manager, and all payments complete before stepping onto the gym carpet. Parent must sign both on first day. _ |
