I understand my child must be picked up no later than 3:00 pm. and a current permission form dated after 9/1/07 must be on file or signed before the day of the camp by the parent. (This is not that form) Child must bring lunch, socks, and sneakers. Children should wear shorts and tee shirt or leotard without tights. No wire rim glasses, zippers, belts, pockets, skirts, or gum. Tie long hair back. No make-ups, transfers, or refunds for camp.
