Pick Your Activities: A) Kehler's Kids Fun Factory :$4.49/child (60 minutes) Ages: Up to 11 yrs. B) Gymnastics : $4.99/child (30 mins.) Ages: 3 1/2 to 11 yrs. C) Rock Climbing* : $4.99/child (30 mins.) Ages: 4 to 14 yrs. *All SI / Rock Climbing activities are maximum 25 kids at one time, however, if combined with other activities larger groups can be split between two or more activities to allow up to 50 or more to do Rock Climbing.
If you schedule more than one activity we will decide on the day of your visit whether to split your group between activities or keep them together, and in what order to do those activities. All activities are supervised and under the direction of KGC Faculty. All groups are required to send one counselor/chaperone per every 6 children. These staff persons must be responsible, mature, and able to handle discipline of your group in a professional and effective manner. Additionally they must clearly understand that while in our facility your staff will quickly and in a cheerful manner follow all direction given to them by KGC staff. They will be on the floor actively participating in supervising the children and they are not permitted to sit on the sidelines. We also reserve the right to remove your entire group or a portion thereof with no refund, if KGC management in its sole discretion, feels that your staff is not supervising to our satisfaction. Tables are sometimes available if your group would like to stay for 30 mins. after your visit to have a snack. This arrangement must be made ahead of time in writing and signed by our Groups Manager. Although there is no charge when the seating is available, clean up of tables, chairs, and floor after eating is your responsibility. We can help you arrange pizza delivery at a discount price, if you call a week ahead of time.
Some restrictions apply. No outside food unless previously arranged. No injured or sick children please. No stitches, arm or leg braces or casts. 10 child minimum. No wire rim glasses in gym or rock area. Shorts or sweat pants are best. Nonrefundable deposit w/in 48 hours of booking: 10-19 kids $45/activity deposit. 20 or more kids $90/activity deposit.
Weekend Group Visits are scheduled and priced as "Parties" and should be booked through our Party Manager, not the Groups Manager. All group visits are by special arrangement and require setting up special faculty schedules so your patience is appreciated. It is best to book at least 6 weeks ahead but sometimes we can help you even at the last minute, if you get rained out of something else. The Leader in charge of your group must sign a copy of this flyer and include with deposit. Ask for the Chaperone Rules. *Special Needs Children are welcomed, but please remember to tell us when you are booking so we can be prepared to take good care of your needs. Group Visits are not officially scheduled until payment is received and groups flyer is signed by group leader so prompt payment is suggested to avoid losing your spot. Group prices reflect large discount based on minimal paper work and deposit within 48 hours of booking.
