               From Havertown: From West Chester Pike & Eagle Rd. Travel west on WC Pike to Manoa Shopping Ctr. Left on Glendale to first light. Right on Parkway. Second right is Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway.

               From Wynnewood/Ardmore: Wynnewood Rd. south which becomes Eagle Rd. At West Chester Pike turn right to first light. Left on Glendale to first light. Right on Reed Rd. Second right is Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway.

               From Wayne/Bryn Mawr: 476 south to old exit 4 (new exit 9). At light turn left on West Chester Pike. At second light turn right on Lawrence Rd. At 4th light turn left on Parkway. 50 ft. after 1st light turn left (still Parkway). Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway

               From Newtown Square/West Chester/Paoli: From route 252 & West Chester Pike take WC Pike esat to Springfield Rd and turn right at Pep Boys. Travel several miles to Lawrence Park Shopping Center. At Wendy's & Home Depot turn left on Reed Rd. Go one block to light & turn right (still Reed Rd.). Go 50 ft. & turn left on Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway

               From Media/ Granite Run: Route 1 By Pass to 320 north. At Wendy's & Home Depot turn right on Reed Rd. Go one block to light & turn right (still Reed Rd.). Go 50 ft. & turn left on Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway

               From Chester/ Route 95: From route 95 & 476 go north to old exit 3 (new exit 5). Turn right go north on  route 1. Exit to route 320. Take 320 north. At Wendy's & Home Depot turn right on Reed Rd. Go one block to  light & turn right (still Reed Rd.). Go 50 ft. & turn left on Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway

               From Drexel Hill: Burmont Rd. to Glendale. Left on Glendale to first light. Right on Reed Rd. Second right is Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway.

               From Springfield: Springfield Rd or 420 to Route 320 north. At Wendy's & K Mart turn right on Reed Rd. Go one block to light & turn right (still Reed Rd.). Go 50 ft. & turn left on Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway

               From Philadelphia & New Jersey: 95 south to 476 north to old exit #3 (new exit 5), turn right on Route 1 north. Stay in right lane and take 1st exit for 320 north. (Turn left at the top of the ramp for 320 north.)Continue until you reach Wendy's Resturant on right. At Wendy's & Home Depot turn right on Reed Rd. Go one block to light & turn right (still Reed Rd.). Go 50 ft. & turn left on Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway.

               From Delaware: 95 north to 476 north to old exit #3 (new exit 5), turn right on Route 1 north. Stay in right lane and take 1st exit for 320 north. (Turn left at the top of the ramp for 320 north.)Continue until you reach Wendy's Resturant on right. At Wendy's & Home Depot turn right on Reed Rd. Go one block to light &  turn right (still Reed Rd.). Go 50 ft. & turn left on Parkway. Gym is 1/2 mile on left. 680 Parkway.
