Re: Jack's 5th birthday

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kehler:

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for such a great birthday party for our son Jack. Jack and all his friends had a terrific time! He said "it was the most awsome party ever" and we agreed.

Our party host was Crystal and she was wonderful. She really helped make the day special and stress free. Please let her know how much we appreciate her efforts.

Mr. Kehler:
On Saturday, I held my daughter's 8th birthday party at your facility. She had a combo party (gym/fun factory). I was very pleased with my experience at Kehler's and wanted to let you know how good I believe you run your business.

Prior to the party I had serious doubts about having 13+ kids running around and playing for 2 hours. Initially I told my daughter no to that party idea, but eventually caved in. My experience from start to end was superior. At no time did I feel that your staff did not have control of the situation. It was by far the easiest party I had given. Maryanne and Michael were my hostess and host. I could not have hand picked better people to make this party a success. I had not one worry and was finally after 7 years able to enjoy a party with my daughter. All of staff were superior and are to be commended. I cannot stress how much I appreciated Maryanne and Michael, they were superb.

In business, the saying is that it is only negative new that people bother to spread. In this case it is the opposite. I was and am so impressed with my experience that I have felt a need to spread the word to my family, friends and coworkers. It is refreshing to see the quality and commitment that were evident throughout my experience.

Again kudos to you and your staff, especially Maryanne and Michael. A job well done.

Dear Mr. Kehler,

You inquired if I thought there was something that you could do to make your parties better. Not a thing!

I hope my kids want their parties at Kehler's every year.  My son has been to other gym parties elsewhere always complaining about something (he's hard to please). That I really did not have to do anything and was able to take pictures and videos was wonderful. Other gyms say they do all the work, yet will let parents help if they volunteer. Your hosts would not let me do anything. I can't say enough good things.  We'll be coming to summer camp too.
